Bread Poha


UNRESISTIBLE BREAD POHA

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread cut into small square pieces                           3-4 slices
  2. Onion finely chopped                                              1 medium size
  3. Tomato                                                                    1 medium sized
  4. Peas green shelled                                                   1/2 cup
  5. Golden corns(sweet corns)                                      1/2 cup(boiled)
  6. Curd churned                                                          1/2 cup
  7. Green chillies chopped                                            2
  8. Ginger slices                                                            Chopped
  9. Salt                                                                          To taste
  10. Garam Masala                                                         To taste
  11. Tomato sauce                                                          1/4 cup
  12. Soya sauce                                                              1 tsp

 METHOD:

  1. Put curd in a sauce pan and allow it to heat on low flame.
  2. Add chopped onions,simmer on low heat till it changes its color.
  3. Add peas and corns and allow it to cook on low flame.
  4. When peas get cooked add tomatoes and salt.
  5. Allow it to cool on slow flame till it leaves water and becomes thick.
  6. When the mixture becomes thick add soya sauce,garam masala and the bread slices.
  7. Mix it thoroughly and allow it on low flame till it gets cooked.
  8. Garnish with ginger slices and serve hot with tomato sauce.
