Flavourful Navrattan Korma Recipe

                                   NAVRATTAN KORMA

  HI guys,today i am going to share with you all the recipe of delectable Navrattan Korma.
  I will even tell you a top-up secret with it. It is the world's best recipe to please and cheer up your 
 in-laws family and your partner. 


 Ingredients:

  DRY FRUITS:

  1. Makhane                     10gm(fried)
  2. Cashew Nuts              10gm(fried)
  3. Almonds                     10gm(fried) 


  VEGETABLES:

  1. Carrot                           2
  2. Cabbage                       1
  3. Capsicum                     2
  4. Potato                           1(boiled)
  5. Onion                           4
  6. Tomato                         7(paste)                              

  SPICES:

  1. Salt                                          To taste
  2. Black Pepper Powder              To taste
  3. Red Chili Powder                    To taste
  4. Haldi(turmeric powder)           To taste
  5. Dalchini                                   2-3 sticks
  6. Badi Elaichi                             1-2
  7. Khas khas                                2 teaspoon(dipped in water for 1hr,then grined)                


   OTHERS:

  1. Cream Amul                  3 tbl spoon
  2. Curd                              4 tbl spoon   
  3. Malai                             2 tea spoon        


Method:

  1. Chop carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion, finely.
  2. Fry makhanes separately and nuts with almonds.
  3. Take the  refined all in a pan.
  4. Put dalchini in it, then add khas khas to it.
  5. Put curd into it,then chopped onion. Put the gas on sim and stir the mixture well until the color of onion changes to golden brown.
  6. Then add carrot,cabbage,capsicum.
  7. Then add tomato paste to it.
  8. Atlast put potato in it.
  9. Now add cream, then malai,and allow the malai to leave oil around the corners of pan.
  10. Put salt,haldi,red pepper,black pepper according to taste.
  11. Now cover the pan with lid for about 15-20 minutes.
  12. You can garnish the dish with cut coriander leaves(dipped in water) if you wish to.
  13. Your mouth-watering,flavourful Navrattan Korma is ready to serve.
